Commissioned in Japan, late 1930s–early 1940s (early Shōwa period). Item is authentic and all handmade. This rare, historic men's kimono can actually be worn or displayed as wall art. Please see photos included of room display ideas (kimonos displayed are already sold).
Silk plain weave for the "inside fresco". Silk and hemp blend for the kimono.
