This bisque, socket-head doll was created by Armand Marseille sometime between 1900 and 1930. She stands 8.5" tall. Unfortunately, we don't know her exact age because there were so many model 390 dolls made. She comes from the collection called "Dolly Face" and is adorned in her original outfit - a traditional Dutch costume with wooden shoes and red beads around her neck. The back of her neck is marked with her model number 390, AM and Germany. She has been estimated to be worth about $500-$600. We thought that seemed too high so we dropped her price down considerably.
Condition: The doll is in good condition but has some problems. First, she is missing her glass eyes. Second, she has a small amount of paint worn off her checks and the top of her forehead but it is not very noticeable. Her clothes are a bit wrinkled, but after all, she's an old girl!
