A very hard to find antique English Mason's ironstone 9.5" in diameter dinner plate in the Gold Rose pattern. This is from 1815 or so, and it is hand painted in an Imari palate in shades of orange, cobalt blue, and green. It is accented with gold gilt, especially the gilt gold "rose" . Add this one to your Mason's collection. This one is not marked, but it is Mason's. I have listed a second identical plate with the impressed Mason's mark.
Condition: there are two small underside rim chips which I have pictured. There is also a bit of gold gilt rubbing, especially on the edge.
