A great circa 1815-1820 antique English Mason's Ironstone dessert dish done in an Imari pallete in Chinoiserie design. It is 10.5" by 7 and 5/8", and it is approximately 1" high. The shape and pattern are fairly unusual, and I have pictured a dish of the same shape and a pair of pails of the same pattern for you to see. This piece is unmarked, and was once part of a dessert service. Just lovely.
Condition: good with just a touch of paint loss on the lower part (see picture....it's about .5" long by 3/8" or so), and there is a small bit of gilt loss on the outer edges.
