German Bisque boy’s head. This finely featured, melancholy young man can sit on the shelf just as he is, but he will also make a wonderful doll. He has been professionally repaired: the right shoulderplate, front and back. What can be seen on the outside, and you have to look closely, is that his shoulderplate has been repainted. Since this is an unusual and crisp mold, rarely seen, it is no wonder someone went to the trouble to have him repaired. He is marked with a 10 only. He is 2.625 inches tall, 2 inches shoulder to shoulder and 1.25 inches front to back.
