Armand Marseille character baby doll in an uncommon model 560a. Bisque head, glass sleep eyes, composition arms, legs, toddler body. She has multi-stroke eyebrows, painted upper and lower lashes, open mouth with upper teeth. Her clothing is factory original, sewn on, and is in pristine condition. Adorable shoes and socks. 10.5 inches tall. She has a beautiful wig with two braids that wrap around. Her torso appears to have been repainted-it is possible that this is the way it came from the factory, but either way, it's in good condition. The arms and legs have some chips and scratches to the composition, and the finish on the arms and legs is somewhat uneven in tone and coverage. Sleep eyes are working fine. This doll is not easily found, and was made during the mid 1920's. She displays beautifully and is quite captivating.
