Antique tiny bisque dollhouse lady in original clothing. This exquisite petite doll has a bisque head, blue glass eyes and bisque lower arms. I cannot determine what her torso is made of but her lower half is of stiffened crepe paper covered in skirts of paper, with the upper layer of silk (melting in one small area) and lace. Her bodice is an ingenious and wonderful gathered silk with a removable mantilla of silk velvet ribbon and lace ( I prefer her without it, but it will be your choice) and her upper arms are covered in the same paper as the underlayers of her dress. Her wig is original, her tiny hands are perfect, and the closeup of her face shows irregularities that are not visible to the naked eye ( her face is just .625 inches high). She measures 6.25 inches to the top of her head. Her hat is black felt and lace, pinned securely to her hair.
