Kammer Reinhardt Simon & Halbig Model 116A in charming outfit. This is a cabinet sized (12 inch) version of this desirable model, and all you have to do is take a look into her mischief filled lively eyes to fall in love. She is going to run rings around you! This is her original hand tied mohair wig, socket head, sleep eyes ( a chip missing from wax), beautiful facial coloring. Her bisque socket head shows no chips, cracks or hairlines. Her composition body, with wooden ball joints, (some wear) shows marks from a stand and old repaint on body and arms with some roughness on her behind. Wearing a very charming pink dress, well made with a combination of machine and hand stitching, a factory onesie that is not original to her and a pair of knickers that are handmade and modified to fit . She came to me this way. She also wears her original socks and leather boots, which are the bees knees, and removing them required wrestling with uncooperative tiny buttons, so it did not happen. Then, a most charming handknit beret adds to her air of self confidence. Marked : K * R / Simon Halbig / 116/A / 28. Circa 1910.
