Gebruder Heubach baby boy doll. Six and one-eighth inches tall, bisque socket head, (his head can bob), composition or papier mache arms, legs, body in fair condition with a few dings, chipped paint and areas that might be cleaned if you know what you are doing. He is peg jointed. Hands have red lines to delineate fingers. Wonderful clothing; lovely outer gown is lined, and he has a wool flannel gown underneath to keep him warm, as well as an undershirt and a diaper. A classic Heubach, beautifully painted face. Present is the square Heubach imprint, with a number 9. His head has a hairline back left to mid-back of his head, and can be seen in the photo. I can only light the head from the outside, so I don't know for sure, but this may have been repaired. In any case it is quite stable. He is just adorable.
