A delightful Effanbee Patsyette in an adorable 9 inch size-perfect for cabinet or display. Made in the 1930's, she wears what may be her original factory dress with onesie of matching fabric, black leatherette shoes and tiny socks. Condition: paint chip on left leg, paint has peeled and a crack right back of head. Small cracks to composition as expected due to age. In good condition otherwise. Please see photos. Patsy was Effanbee's most successful line of dolls, introduced in 1927 as Mimi, and then the name was changed to Patsy in the following year.
