This is a lovely 1950's set of bracelet and earrings boast bright pastel pink thermoset cabochons with grey rhinestone accents set in bright gold tone with gentle floral motif. The '50s and '60s gave costume jewelry new life with innovative materials and vibrant colors. Thermosets in rainbow shades were eagerly embraced as attractive, eye catching accessories. As we know today they are highly collectible and becoming harder to find in this condition. The bracelet measures 7" long and the center section is 1 1/8" wide. all the cabs and stones are pave set in very bright gold tone metal work. The matching earrings in distinct floral motif perfect match down to number signed with are 1 1/4" in diameter and are clip backs. They are also in pristine unworn condition. Both these pieces are signed on the backs with letters and numbers only , they are MX232. I was not able to find a reference for this hall mark but it is there nonetheless. Perhaps our browsers may have an idea they would like to share? I am always learning and willing to learn!
