Vintage signed Sterling Coro Horse head duette with matching signed earrings. All pieces sterling with rose gold Vermeil . Adolph Katz for Corocraft Duette Clip / Pin and Earrings set, vintage Horse head duette jewelry set with pink and clear rhinestones. Marked on the back Sterling Corocraft, Coro Duette with patent # 1798867, 1943. The large fur clips can be worn together with the holder, or they can be removed to be worn separately. The earrings match, have screw backs marked sterling. The brooch pieces (singly) are app. 2.25" tall by almost 1" wide; Together a impressive 2' wide. The rendition of the pieces are wonderful the proud arch to the necks and the ears perked up just as though they heard something. The ears have bezel set pink rhinestones, clear round stones on the rim with clear baguette stones for his main, and clear marquise stones for his eyes with the black enameling on his forehead . Earrings are over 1.25" tall by 1/2" wide and match. In very good vintage condition; very little to no vermeil wear/loss front , slight discoloration in some of the rhinestones, Extraordinary condition of vermeil on the back clips almost as if never worn; the detachable holder is also pristine with no vermeil loss at all ; The loss or spots on fronts i believe just from how stored and to bring them back to pristine on fronts need a professional cleaning.
