Given away as a premium by the Colonial Insurance Company in 1975, this ruffled glass souvenir dish depicts nine of New Orleans' most interesting attractions: Jackson Square, Mardi Gras, Bourbon Street, Cafe du Monde, and more in red, blue, black, and white enamel with gold accents. Dish measures approx. 7" across x 1.5" tall (18cm x 4cm). In near-mint condition with no chips, scratches, or visible flaws; would make a nice ashtray or trinket dish.
