This sterling silver coffee pot was made by Old Newbury Crafters, in Newburyport Mass., circa 1920. This company was the largest producer of hand wrought silver in the United States. Their designs tended to go from classic colonial to American crafts design as can be seen by this coffee pot. It has very straight and clean lines except for the top, which is not hinged, and has a stepped design topped off by an ornate finial.
