This elegant, useable, antique, sterling silver teapot would grace anyone’s table. It is clearly marked Henry Wigfull from Sheffield, England, 1902. Wigfull was a sought after silver maker in England. It is a stunning, repousse teapot with a baroque, floral decoration and gadrooning around the lid of the pot. In the cartouche there is a monogram. The handsome wood handle, full of patina, is secure. There is a delicate finial on the lid. The teapot is in excellent condition with no repairs, scratches or dents. The lid closes perfectly and the handle is secure. The teapot measures 11 ¾ inches (including the handle and spout) and is 6 inches high (including the handle) and 5 ½ inches wide. It weighs 27 ounces.
