Ceramic bottle, typical for Persian Qajar period in the 19th century. The vessel could serve for water or tea, the design of flowers and fish is quite typical and very well made. Especially the fish - probably fat carp - was symbol of fertility and abundance, not only in Persian era. Stunning blue-yellow colored design!
Very handsome and merry piece with genuine antique look of old glaze. The condition of item is commensurate with its age (see photos carefully), but frankly speaking excellent, given the nature of the item. Some cracks in the glaze and tiny part of glaze missing, look at the images, please.
Magnificent decoration with real antique touch!
MEASURES: height cca 17,5 cm, width cca 10 cm, side width cca 5,5 cm
