Vintage Mid-century 14K Classic Carnelian and Diamond Ring. Circa 1950s oval translucent red Carnelian set with accent diamonds on both shoulders. The setting is marked 14K yellow gold, The ring is a US 5 1/2 but is easily sized as the shank is plain and in excellent condition. The prong-set stone measures approximately 3/4 inches long by 3/8 inches wide, the current size is US 5 1/2. The color of the stone is a gorgeous translucent reddish-brown that changes with the light, deepening and lightening. Condition is as if never worn. This ring is timeless and you will wear it often if not daily.
