NOTE: Knoll and Preziger jewelry is some of the finest jewelry made. Founded by Theodor Eberhard Friedrich Knoll, a trained Goldsmith, in 1882 as The Merchant and Traveling Imitation Jeweler Friedrich Pregizer. The company was known as Knoll & Pregizer. Each piece is handcrafted from sterling silver, using the finest paste and imitation glass stones to appear as platinum, diamonds, rubies, sapphires and emeralds. Sometimes semi-precious stone colors such as amethyst and onyx are also used. Each piece is constructed as a piece of fine jewelry would be. Some of the jewelers making K&P pieces made diamond, gemstone, platinum, and gold jewelry as well.
