For your consideration is another darling & vintage Valentine postcard titled: "To My Valentine." It also reads on the front: "If you will be my Valentine, Give me just--One Loving Sign." It displays a little girl & boy both shyly sitting there & the boy trying to work up the courage to ask her if she would be his Valentine. This postcard is signed: Clapsaddle. It is marked on the back: International Art Publishers Co., (World with a Eagle on top & a ribbon around it with paint brushes tucked in it symbol), New York-Phila., 320. There is writing on the back, a postmark dated 1918, & a green Washington one cent stamp. Approximately: 3 1/2"W X 5 1/2"L.
For a postcard that is 101 years old, this postcard is in very good, vintage & collectible condition. Light wear overall from age & use. Such as: Lightly scuffed corners & edges & very light yellowing on the back, mostly. All flaws noted are minor & only mentioned for honest accuracy!
