For your consideration is a darling vintage Valentine's Day Postcard that has printed on the front: "Would I Be Safe If I Stole A Kiss Instead Of A Base?" It displays a cute little girl dressed in a red dress, holding her purse and with a big hat on her head & standing next to a young boy dressed in a baseball uniform and sitting on a baseball base. It is marked on the back in a circle symbol: S Bergman, New York, 1913. The scene is all done on a tan background with some very light blue & light purples/pink clouds overall. The back is also in a tan color and does have writing on the back. However! This postcard was never mailed, thus, there isn't a postmark or stamp. 3 1/2"W X 5 1/2"L.
Very lightly scuffed corners & edges & a light blue ink spot just in front of the boys face. This spot was done during manufacturing and behind the boy is a area where the ink color of the scroll did not take, which was also done during manufacturing. All flaws are minor and only mentioned for accuracy!
