For your consideration is two vintage & almost exactly alike Christmas Postcards. One is titled: "Best Wishes For A Happy Christmas," and the other one is titled: "Best Christmas Wishes." They have the exact same scene that is in vibrant colors of reds, blues, browns, etc. The scene consists of Santa Claus dressed in his red Santa Suit with a bag filled with toys on his back. He is receiving a letter from a little boy dressed in blue with white trim on his hat. Both postcards are signed: Ellen H Clapsaddle. Both of the postcards have the International Art Publishers Co. Mark on the front bottom and only one has the "Int'l Art Publ. Co. ( Eagle on top of the World with arrows symbol), New York, Berlin, Printed in Germany" on the back. Both have writing on the back, and a green Franklin 1 cent stamp on each. One is postmarked 1907 and the other is postmarked 1908. Both are approximately 3 1/2"W X 5 1/2"L.
CONDITION: Except for some light wear such as light yellowing on the backs and lightly scuffed corners & edges. All minor flaws and only mentioned for accuracy! Otherwise! Both are in very good, vintage & collectible condition. (Price quoted is for both postcards together!)
