For your consideration is a vintage silvertone colored metal bank with a plague on the front that reads: The National Bank of Commerce in St. Louis, (Ship symbol in the center), Capital $10,000,000.00, Surplus & Profits $5,000,000.00. The maker's mark on the bottom reads: The Portable Safe, Patents Pending, Automatic Recording Safe Co., Chicago, U.S.A., #22483. It has a silvertone handle on the top and its original key for opening the bank. Approx.: 3"T (Top of Handle) X 3 1/4"L X 1 1/2"W.
CONDITION: There is some minor wear from age & use, such has some light pitting or tiny tarnish spots, etc., which shows up more in the pictures than it does when looking at it in person. All flaws are minor & only mentioned for accuracy! In very good & vintage condition. No dents noted!
