For your consideration is a vintage straight razor sharpening stone manufactured by E. A. Harrington from around the 1940's- 1950's. It comes in its original box. which has a few minor issues such as: one corner has come apart & there is wear from use & age. The stone, itself, is almost like new. There is a little scuffing from light use on the back of it. It reads on the top: E. A. Harrington, Waukesha, Wis. (In each corner it also reads: DRY). Inside the box bottom it also reads: "READ THIS! Use this hone DRY EVERY TIME (though it be ever so little) BEFORE STROPPING. One razor is sufficient. It will never need rehoning and it will always have the good old gummy, sticky edge." Approx. 2 3/4"L X 2"W. (Stone only).
CONDITION: Some light wear overall. Box shows the most wear. Otherwise! In very good & vintage condition. Great for any Barber collection!
