Stunning mid-century brooch of rich, gorgeous deep red / light garnet colored vintage glass stones in extremely secure "dog tooth" settings. All the marquis shaped stones have smooth slightly rounded tops surrounded by facets––unusual . Also unusual are the four flat surfaced arrow stones which add a large flash as they catch the light. The photos really don't do justice to the colors and subtle reflections within the stones. All prongs are tightly closed and the roll over pin closure in back is secure. The word COPYRIGHT is stamped in metal on the backs of each arrow setting! Dimensions of the brooch are 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches and weight is 27 grams. The brooch is in excellent, like new, vintage condition,all metal prongs (and the back) are shiny bright!
