Here is a beautiful vintage beaded purse made in the 1920s. It has a different scene on each side. The dark blue background has a full colorful wood scene of flowers and trees and pagodas. The beautiful kneeling Geisha woman with her fan and an elegant red dress and an embroidered face with features. The other side has a Geisha woman in a turquoise outfit and a pretty bridge. This purse's details are on both sides makes this purse unique. The wide brass frame is fascinating and matches the beadwork. The lining is a turquoise silk and trim that is worn. All of the fringes is intact. This is a heavy purse and at the frame are rows loose and some beads missing there too near the frame. Measurements are 7 inches wide and at the frame is 6 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches long including the frame and fringe.
