This rectangular British biscuit tin measures 9" x 6 1/2" x 2". The lid has a lithograph of a horse and jockey. It is labeled EARLY MIST WINNER OF THE GRAND NATIONAL 1953. The sides of the tin have various horse jumping events. The lid lifts off. There are two holes in the back of the lid where it would appear that a hinge might have been. There are no corresponding holes in the base. The bottom is marked Huntley & Palmers Biscuits Reading & London England.
