This is a lovely pair of bowls. The pattern is Canton. In the center is a tree with over-sized flowers. In the tree is a peacock. The border is floral. Each bowl also has flowers on the underneath side. The bowls measure 8 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 2 1/4" deep. The bottom of each is marked CANTON in a floral cartouche with ENGLAND underneath. One bowl is free of chips or cracks. The other bowl has a large chip on the underside. Both bowl have glaze pops in the center of bowl possibly from stilt marks. Beautiful porcelain flow blue bowls. These possibly had lids at one time. The price is for both bowls.
