This flow blue plate measures 7" in diameter. The bottom is marked Staffordshire England. It was made by Charles Allerton. The pattern is named wagon wheel for obvious reasons. It has dark cobalt blue spokes radiating from the center. Within the spokes is copper lustre waves. Between the spokes is a Chinese red sprig design. The edge is worn copper lustre. There are no chips or cracks. There are stray bits of blue on the white background. I have a matching child's tea set listed separately.
