This white ironstone soup plate measures 9 1/2" in diameter. It is printed in a botanic design with morning glories and a large rose. The color is a grey blue. The edge is scalloped. The bottom is marked "GLORY". There is also an "E". It has the initials S/Hc. It is hard to identify single initial marks. These appear to be mid 19th c. Staffordshire. I have another of these soup plates in similar condition. They are without chips or cracks. The price is for a single plate. You may buy one or both.
