This tin is entitled Mexican because of the images of Mexico depicted on the lid and the sides. The shape is fanciful. Another tin made by H & P in this shape was Algerian. This tin was made in 1895. It measures 7" x 6 3/4" x 3 3/4". There is considerable wear but the images are still quite bright. The inside does have extensive rust. Very collectible and desirable tin.

The heat is on here in Texas. Today was "stifling". A good day to stay indoors and shop.
