This silver-plate ladle has a great shape to the bowl. It is almost fluted. Often I have tried to use the plastic ladles that come with punch bowls and worry with the drips. I find the metal ladles do so much better. In saying, this collectible is quite useful as well as decorative. The mark is very difficult to read but it appears to be INTERNATIONAL SILVER CO DS. I am assuming this is plated silver. The ladle measures 14" in length. The bowl is 5 1/2" 3 1/4" x 2". There are some minor dents to the bowl.
