This is a small biscuit tin made by Huntley Boone & Stevens for the Huntley & Palmers Biscuit Company. It measures 4 3/4" x 3 1/4" x 1 1/2". Like many of the lithographed tins of this era it is made to look like other objects or made of other materials. This one is named WOOD & IVORY for the materials is mimics. It has raised bumps like nails. There is wear to the finish, but still a very nice tin. It is marked on the bottom Huntley & Palmers Reading & London Made in England.
