This scalloped plate has an edge of tiny scallop embossing that is further detailed with a narrow blue line. The border is printed with blue onion forms and small stylized sprigs. The well is encircled by a ring of stylized leaves. The center design is a bouquet of oriental lotus, lily, and dahlia leaves and a tree trunk. The bottom is marked with the name HOLLAND and the maker Johnson bros. The plate measures 9 7/8". It is in excellent condition.
