The colors on the lid of this biscuit tin are extraordinary. The border is teal blue with gold scrolling. There are two hexagonal insets with Victorian life scene. The one on the left have been talking in front of the house, possibly bartering. The inside has a mother serving dinner to her family. The bottom is marked. Some type of large paper sticker is partially remaining on the bottom. The from side of the tin has all of it finish missing. Appears it had gotten wet. Maybe it was packed in a box with the side down and the box stood in water. However the lid is quite presentable. The tin measures 10 3/4" x 6" x 1 3/4".
