This lovely plate measures 7" in diameter. It is printed in brown with a scene of Robinson Crusoe on the shore with gun, umbrella, and sword. There is a goat in front of him. The brown transfer printing is highlighted with yellow, red, & blue enamels. The bottom is marked Rd. No. 69963 B.P. Co. England. The registry number is 1887. B.P.Co is the Brownhills Pottery Co. Staffordshire England. This is a 1872-96 mark. The condition of this plate is very good. No chips or cracks.
