This is a lovely set. The knife blade has very nice engraving and the fork has simple design. The handles are bakelite. The blade and fork end are silverplate, each marked H. & S. EPNS. The set is British and early 20th century. The ferrules are sterling and marked as well. Very difficult to make the sterling marks out. The knife measures 11 1/2" long. The box is lined in blue satin on the top and blue velvet on the bottom. The ferrule on the fork is a bit loose. Otherwise, this set is in good condition.
