This platter is not marked but it is CLARENCE made by W. H. Grindley circa 1900. The platter measures 7 3/4" x 11?. The blue is a gray-blue. The rim of the platter is scalloped and beaded with a row of tiny embossed flowers. The pattern on the border consists of baroque cartouches flanked by flowers, alternating with small bouquets from which tendrils extend into the well. There is evidence of worn gilding on the edge. Very good condition.
