This soup plate/bowl measures 9 3/8" in diameter. It is very white base with blue border. The border has a thin chain design on the edge. The rim has a garland with roses in medallions The plate is marked KINGSTON with a crown and Keeling & Co. Ltd. Burslem England. I have 9 of these plates available. The price is for one.
