This tin appears to be early 1900's. It is shaped like a bucket with a bail handle. The lid is a pull-off lid and fits quite tightly. The back ground is a reddish-brown. One side has luscious strawberries; the other, delicious apples. There are two partial labels remaining. The top one reads CONFITURES... The bottom one reads ..UR SUCRE. Tiny letters showing under the bottom label "OELLE DEPOSE". The tin measures 3 3/4" x 5" across the base and 4 3/4" tall. The lithograph images are excellent.
