This tall British Biscuit tin was made for the William Crawford Biscuit Company in 1911. The tin measures 9 7/8" tall. The base is 4 1/2" x 3" The front and back are embossed with a woman carrying a child piggy back. The base on the front and back are embossed with CHUMS. The William Crawford advertising in on the base and the inside of the lid. The lid comes off. The top is gold. The front shows evidence of red. The tin has lost much of the color otherwise. The embossing reveals the image. Nice find for the collector.
