This page is from an unusual photograph album from the late 1800's. The album was filled with pages chromolithographed with gorgeous florals. In addition to the floral pages there were several pages with proverbs or words of wisdom. This is one of these pages. The words read, "Write Injuries in Dust but Kindnesses in Marble". The page measures 8 1/4" x 11". The photo opening is rectangular and sized for a cabinet photograph (4" x 5 1/2"). Sadly nearly all the pages do have some tearing around the photo opening. This one is no exception. If used as a mat under glass this would be barely visible.
