This lovely oval flow blue platter measures 11" x 14". It is marked on the bottom with the pattern and the maker. This mark was used circa 1910 by the S. Hancock & Sons Pottery. The design has an out edge band with oblong medallions containing a flower and scrolls with alternate bands of laurel leaves. The central bouquet is composed of a mixture of roses, dahlias, forget-me-nots and springs. The platter is in excellent condition.
