This photograph is of a family group, two women and two children. The women appear to be of similar age so I assume they are sisters. Each is dresses in coats and hats. The children are also dressed for the outdoors. One child is holding a muff. The background is possibly a painted background of a bookcase with books. The corners of the card are round and there is a single red line border dating this card after 1870. The photographer is G. A. Smith of Chatham. The card measures 4" x 2 1/2". It is in very good condition.
