This colorful alphabet sampler is somewhat late with the date being 1910. However, it is quite charming for the colors are vivid and varied. The Upper Case Alphabet is first, followed by the lower case alphabet. Then the numbers. Finally the Cursive Alphabet. The name is Rica Henderson. Each group is separated with varying stitch lines. It also has a stitched border. The frame has a gold insert. The outside is a dark birds-eye maple. The overall size is 14" x 15 1/2". The back has a label for the framer in Edinburgh Scotland. Overall it is in very good condition. There are a few scuff to the frame. The sample has no holes or missing stitches. It does have light staining.
