One Christmas, I was challenged to make a "figgy pudding". Since then, a steamed pudding has been part of my holiday tradition. In order to do so, you need a decorative mold (mould). If you aren't into steamed pudding, most of us want to make a congealed jello salad, serving it with an impressive presentation. A decorative ironstone mold like this one is the perfect solution. This pineapple mold is one of the most desirable. The inside sides of the mold are ridged for added decoration. In case you don't cook, but like to appear as if you do, start a collection of moulds for you kitchen decor. This white ironstone is in excellent condition. The mold measures 6 1/4" x 4 1/2" x 4".
