This lovely wood box was presented to Henrietta Middlemass for perfect attendance at Parsons Green School in Nov 1905 from the Edinburgh School board. There is a plague on the bottom of the tray. 8 1/4" x 11" x 3 3/4". It is painted black with pink and white flowers on the lid. Inside there is a tray with a pin cushion in the front compartment. There are several compartments. One divider is missing. The inside of the box is lined in a pale green printed paper. The lid is hinged. There is a lock but no key. There was a mirror inside the lid. This is missing. There is suitable wear. Very good condition.
