Vintage SHIELDS Powder Compact, Black with Mother of Pearl

This gold tone metal compact measures 2" x 2 7/8". The top and bottom have a black covering. The top has a large oval Mother of Pearl in the center. The inside has two compartments. The large side has a lid with the name Shields. The larger compartment has powder remaining. The smaller compartment is empty. The compact is in reasonably good condition. There is some wear to the surfaces. The hinges, openers, etc. are all in excellent working condition.
