This large bowl measures 8 1/2" in diameter and 3 3/4" deep. It is transfer printed inside and out with a dark cobalt blue. It could be classified as flow blue. The border is floral. The center is tall ships in a harbor. There is a cityscape and harbor scenes around the outside of the bowl. The bottom is marked with printed and impressed marks. All are difficult to discern. The pattern is FERRARA. The maker is Wedgwood. The date letters are there, but not readable. I would date this bowl circa 1900. It is in very good condition. There are 3 stilt marks inside the bowl. There are spider lines on the center base. These cannot be felt.
