This lovely hand-colored copper engraving is from THE BOTANICAL MAGAZINE or Flower Garden Displayed printed by Fry and Couchman in London. The artist is W. Curtis. This plate No. 878 PROTEA GLOBOSA, GLOBE-FLOWERED PROTEA. The bottom is printed Syd Edwards (Artist) del Pub by T. Curtis St. Geo Crefcent Oct 1805 F. Sanford Sculp (engraver). The page measures 9" x 5 1/4". Very Good condition. I have many small prints. Multiple purchases will be combined for single shipping price.
