Each plate has an English registry mark impressed. One of the plates of this set is more legible. It has a date code "J", 1854. The maker is: Brownfield (& Son(S)); previously Wood & Brownfield (W&B). Each plate measures 9" in diameter. The design is transfer printed in blue. Magenta & yellow enamels are added. The raised designs as well as the printed designs are highlighted in gilding. The center is a rose. There is a chain border with roses inside the links of the chain. All of the plates are lightly crazed. Three of the plates have tight hairlines from the edge. These are pictured. There are no chips. The price is for the set of 6. I would consider selling individual plates.
